Physico-chemical characteristics analysis indicated that two polysaccharides do not contain monosaccharose, uronic acid, protein and polyphenols. Therefore, it can be concluded that they are non-starch neutral pure polysaccharides. 经过理化性质鉴定分析发现两种菌类食物活性多糖中都不含游离单糖、糖醛酸、蛋白质、多酚类物质等,均为非淀粉类中性纯粹多糖。
