Objective: To compare the contents of shionone in different slices of prepared Radix Asteris ( RA).
目的：比较不同紫菀饮片中紫菀酮的含量。
Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contents of shionone in different slices of prepared RA, including dried RA, steaming RA, stir-frying RA, stir-frying RA with honey, vinegar or wine.
方法：以紫菀酮为指标，建立了HPLC法的测定条件，并对生紫菀、蒸紫菀、炒紫菀、蜜紫菀、醋紫菀、酒紫菀中该成分的含量进行了测定。

紫菀中紫菀酮的微波辅助加压溶剂提取研究
METHODS The influence of some operation conditions, such as ethanol content, microwave irradiation time, extraction times and the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume, on the extraction yield of shionone have been studied by using orthogonal test and multivariate statistics.
方法利用微波辅助加压溶剂提取法提取紫菀中紫菀酮，通过正交实验，考察了微波提取条件（包括溶剂、提取时间、提取次数和料液比）对紫菀中紫菀酮的影响。
